Bad location and no value for mony

The bed was big, best sleep ever. Best hotel we have stayed in...

The breakfast was very basic.

This place is conveniently located near Rustaveli Avenue, making it a great base for a weekend and even has a pool on-site.

The hotel is in a calm area, tucked away up a side street close to a main road. It is easy to catch a taxi and is located in the center of the city. the rooms are clean and have a pleasant view of the city. the staff at the registration desk are friendly and efficient.

The WiFi connectivity is very bad.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Close to nearby shopping streak. Taxi drivers seem to have some difficulties finding the hotel.

Breakfast was uninspiring but +++ to the lady who made pancakes upon request :)

Nothing it is perfect.

- very friendly and helpful (English-speaking) staff at the reception - very large room (at least 25m2) - everything was clean - quiet location - large bath - location close to the University (about 30-40 min walk to the city center, so if you just want to do sightseeing, this may not be ideal for you) - business center (essentially a computer with a printer) - a hotel where a Western tourist will feel comfortable (like a decent 3-star hotel in Western Europe)

- wifi a bit slow - no racks/hooks for towels in the bath - bed was very hard, a bit too hard for us

Nothing I didn't like to be fair

The staff at the desk was fantastic. They were enthusiastic & very helpful w/ all questions, always so welcoming. They kept our luggage for us (late flight), arranged pick up from airport and to (we didn't want to worry about it arriving late). Rates were good. Breakfast buffet nice.

The kitchen/breakfast staff improved dramatically the last 2 days of our stay, before that they hardly smiled but kept a nice breakfast buffet. Only instant coffee. Pool area really needs work, the water was clean but the deck & chairs were not. Pool it self could use refurbishing & the water was fairly warm, only refreshing 1 day - still for the price, it was nice to have a pool.... Location not the best but a quick walk to a main street & easy to catch a taxi. If you want an easy walk to Old Town & areas, this isn't for you though.

Slight distance from the Old Town but other than that, nothing negative.
